Wrap Magazine: Typographic Patterns

Wrap is a celebration of illustration, design and creative culture, putting the spotlight on some of the best artists from around the world. Each issue includes five double-sided sheets of wrapping paper.

For this project we were asked to create typographic patterns that can be featured in WRAP magazine. We were assigned to create 2 two-page spreads in WRAP magazine that includes our patterns. Additionally, we were asked to create a cover for the magazine. The focus of this project was to pay close attention to the "form" of type and the details in shape and curve.

For my WRAP magazine, I chose to focus my topic on fruits. If you look closely you will recognize that each fruit (limes, kiwis, apples, oranges, lemons, grapes, and pineapples) are created out of numbers and letters.
